No, walk-ins are welcome every time!
Our customers have the option to do either. But the majority do pay when they pick up their order. Please note: some of our services do require a deposit; our employees will bring this to our customer’s attention at the point of dropping off the items.
When we are challenged with a difficult stain, we will try multiple avenues for the treatment of the stain, staying within the recommended cleaning instructions on your care label from the manufacturer. If you’re unsatisfied with our service, please bring it back for us to discuss a plan to address your concerns further, after the initial cleaning has been paid for. If additional cleaning efforts are agreed to, you will not be charged additional fees.
We offer three options when it comes to wedding gowns. (1) Wedding preserve finished in a box (this gets sent to a third party in the cities to be processed & takes 4-6 weeks. (2) Clean & Press – we perform this in-house, and it can take 2-14 days, depending on the soil level. (3) Clean only – we perform this in-house as well, which can take 2-14 days.
Yes, we do! Stop in at any of our four locations and fill out a delivery request, and we’ll let you know what route you will be on, as this depends on your address. Delivery customers have a two-day turn-a-round with a delivery fee of only $1.99.

Yes! We offer three options (1) per pound price with a minimum of 10lbs at $29.99 +taxes. (2) Flat fee VIP Wash & Fold Bags for $34.99 (20 gallon) or $49.99 (30 gallon). (3) Wash & Fold Subscriptions.
